It is my honor to invite the cherished seniors of Ward 4 and the entire City of College Park to our Annual Valentine’s Senior Social.

​

This year, we are celebrating under the theme "Back in Love"—a tribute to the love we have for our community and the appreciation we hold for our elders. We are thrilled to return to the Gateway Center Arena to provide you with a true red-carpet experience, complete with world-class entertainment, dancing, and joy.

​

This event is our gift to you. It is 100% free, but space is limited, so please follow the instructions below to reserve your seat today.

Valentine’s Day Senior Social Concert: Guest Guide

Important Arrival Information

Due to high attendance and this being a sold-out event, early arrival is strongly encouraged. Entry is first-come, first-served, and doors will close once venue capacity is reached.

  • VIP Senior Social Guests: Doors open at 5:00 PM

  • General Admission Guests: Doors open at 6:00 PM

Parking Instructions

  • VIP Seniors: Please Park in the Skylot. Follow the large white signs and look for parking attendants once you enter the Gateway Center campus.

  • General Admission: Please follow the directions of parking attendants upon arrival for general parking areas.

 

Driving Directions

  • From North Atlanta (I-75/85 S): Exit #72 (Camp Creek Pkwy). Turn left into Gateway Center at the first light.

  • From I-285 (Cobb/Marietta/Smyrna): Exit #2 (Camp Creek Pkwy). Turn left, travel 2.6 miles, and turn right into Gateway Center at the 8th light.

  • From I-85 South (Newnan/Columbus): Exit #72 (Camp Creek Pkwy). Turn left into Gateway Center at the first light.

Clear Bag Policy & Security

Arena security strictly enforces these guidelines. There is no storage available for prohibited items.

Approved Bags

Guests are encouraged not to bring bags. If necessary, only the following are permitted:

  • Clear Bags: Plastic, vinyl, or PVC (max 12” x 6” x 12”)

  • Freezer Bags: One-gallon clear Ziploc-style bag.

  • Small Clutch: Max 4.5” x 6.5” (with or without a strap).

  • Note: Medical necessity bags are permitted subject to inspection.

 

🚫 Prohibited Items

The following items are not allowed inside the arena:

  • No Outside Food or Drink (including coolers, bottles, and cans).

  • No Large Bags: Backpacks, duffle bags, or large purses.

  • No Electronics: Tablets, laptops, or professional recording equipment.

  • No Misc. Items: Umbrellas, strollers, selfie sticks, or laser pointers.

  • No Weapons: This includes pepper spray, tasers, and pocketknives.

 

Reminder: All guests will pass through metal detectors. If you bring a prohibited item, you will be asked to return it to your vehicle. The arena is not responsible for lost or discarded items.
